This explains how to delete a Document Library from Sharepoint
Here are the steps to delete a Document Library from SharePoint:
1) Go to "Actions" and click on "Modify Settings and Columns" in the page that displays the document library that you wish to delete.
2) In "General Settings" click "Delete this document library".
3) Click on "OK".
Thats it, the document library is deleted
